DDR4-4333 Memory for Intel Core Systems by G.Skill

DDR4-4333 memory for Intel Core Systems by G.Skill. Thanks to conventional timings and a higher power supply than the standard G.Skill, it offers DDR4 memory capable of operating on Intel platforms up to 4,333 MHz clock.

Combine high-capacity DDR4 memories with clock frequencies far superior to those of JEDEC specifications. It is to this end that Taiwanese G.Skill is at work, and recent announcements of new memories that have been happening in recent weeks are just in this direction. The most recent one concerns a 16 Gbytes dual channel DDR4 memory kit, capable of operating at a very high clock frequency.

The company has announced new Trident Z memory kits for DDR4 systems, certified to operate up to 4,333 MHz clock frequency in conjunction with Intel Core processors of the Kaby Lake family on Intel Z270 platforms.

To achieve this result, G.Skill requires setting particularly conservative timings, equal to 19-19-39, with a power-supply voltage equal to 1.4V: this is a higher value than the 1.35V typically combined with DDR4 memory arrays To overclocking, both the specification data and the DDR4 standard is 1.2V.

Specifically, G.Skill certified these memories in conjunction with the Asus ROG Maximus IX Apex motherboard, in conjunction with an Intel Core i5-7600K processor, but it is conceivable that the list could expand over the next few weeks with the release of versions of Bios with full support for these new memories.

G.Skill did not provide specific information on the price and availability of these memories, which will then be available shortly. The company also anticipated being at work also to make available new memory kits capable of operating steadily at 4,400 MHz and 4,500 MHz clocks, presumably working further on access timings but not further affecting power supply to the 1.4V of DDR4-4333 modules.
