One trend is that of immersive video, trend married names like Ricoh with its Theta and Kodak (in licensed products marketed by JK Imaging) with products capable of recording video at 360 degrees, with an eye to the world virtual reality and viewers VR.

This is also the line chosen by Nikon for his debut in the world of the action camera with his new KeyMission 360, whose peculiar feature is to have two modules optical sensor positioned on opposite sides.

The images from each side are automatically stitched together to create a single image in high definition 4K to 360° real. Nikon has focused on a design natively shockproof up to 2 meters high and dive up to 30 meters deep without having to use an external housing. From the point of view of connectivity, you do not miss anything and offers Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and NFC.

The camera incorporates an electronic image stabilization system that allows you to view stable images when played within the applications that Nikon will provide. Nikon KeyMission 360, defined in the press release the first line of the camera Action Camera by Nikon – leaving to perhaps understand that it may be at the first of an entire family – will be available from next spring along with a wide range of accessories.
