Nikon Coolpix range renews with superzoom and SnapBridge models

Four new Nikon Coolpix coming, of which 2 bridge, all equipped with the new technology SnapBridge, able to communicate the camera directly with your smartphone via Bluetooth. We analyze the characteristics of these new models.

Nikon introduced a new series of Coolpix compact digital cameras equipped with the new SnapBridge communication system, which allows synchronization through Bluetooth and instant sharing via smartphone. Let’s look at the features briefly.

Coolpix B700 is a bridge, characterized mainly by the 60x optical zoom NIKKOR glass Super ED VR with dual anti-vibration system, extendable to 120x Dynamic Fine Zoom. Of note, the video recording feature 4K UHD/30p, the ability to shoot in RAW (NRW), 20.3 megapixel sensor. We also find an LCD monitor Vari-angle 7.5cm by and electronic viewfinder, both with a resolution of 921k points, and of course Nikon SnapBridge for direct sharing via smartphones.

Coolpix A900, always with a 20.3 megapixel sensor, offers a NIKKOR 35x optical zoom lens with VR, but in a much more compact camera body. We find again the possibility to shoot movies 4K UHD / 30p, tilting LCD monitor 7.5cm 921 k high resolution points and Nikon SnapBridge.

Coolpix B500, which as the B of the acronym is a bridge, it is the younger sister of the B700. The sensor is 16 megapixels and optical zoom is 40x NIKKOR VR and stabilization. Again, we find the LCD monitor 7.5cm tilt, 921k points, Nikon SnapBridge, while the video potential stop to Full HD.

Finally we find the Coolpix A300: 20.1 megapixels and optical zoom NIKKOR 8x, plus Nikon SnapBridge. And the most simple proposition of the lot submitted, even if we cannot have absolute certainty lacking indications of price.
