The developers of Paragon give Windows users 8/8.1 utility that allows you to read and write to disk partitions and other media such as Mac HFS+ initialized.
After deciding to give the utility to write on initialized disks as NTFS users to OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.x , Paragon also think Windows users 8/8.1 giving this utility that allows you to read PC disks initialized as Mac HFS.
Using this utility you can also read and write to HFS partition Macs that use Windows using Boot Camp. Apple’s built-in utility Boot Camp drivers for Windows to read HFS disks but these only allow you to read data from HFS partitions, but not write over the images.
The software (actually a driver) is installed on Windows very easily with a few clicks, after you restart Windows, and from that moment on you will be able to read and write partitions, disks, CDs, DVDs and other media initialized as HFS.
