Starting today, all users in possession of a Sony Xperia XZ Premium can download directly on their smartphone the new update to Android 8.0 Oreo that the Japanese company has been releasing from a few hours officializing the thing.
Here is that all users can now get new features in their top of the range device regarding how much Google has implemented in its system with the latest release but also and above all the features that Sony has decided to put in its user interface making it more once more convenient and efficient in everyday use.
- 3D Creator – Sony’s exclusive proprietary algorithm for scanning 3D objects introduced with Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact. It allows you to create 3D scans of objects in less than 60 seconds, choosing from four scanning modes: full head, face, food and generic object and easily share the 3D file on social media or send it directly to a 3D printer.
- Predictive Capture (smile) – It does not lose a single detail because Predictive Capture automatically starts buffering images when it detects a movement or a simple smile, even before shooting. In this way, you can find the perfect moment – which on other occasions is likely to be lost – from a selection that includes up to four images.
- Autofocus burst – intelligently follows the subject of the photo, adjusting the focus to ensure shots in motion always in focus.
- Unprecedented sound quality – The upgrade brings improvements to the front speakers, and the Qualcomm aptX HD audio ensures very high-quality sound with the use of wireless headphones.
- App icons – a new look for icons that allow easy access to the app menu simply by prolonging the click on the same icon.
