Lenovo Miix 630 is the 2-in-1 Qualcomm based with LTE and Windows 10
The combination between the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 platform and the Windows 10S operating system allows to ensure high autonomy and operation always on thanks to LTE connectivity.
Lenovo announces the availability on the Italian market of Lenovo Miix 630, the detachable 2in1 which is based on Qualcomm Snapdragon architecture combined with Microsoft Windows 10S operating system. A product of this type aims to combine performance with autonomy of operation away from the power outlet, giving rise to the always on, always connected approach to which they point to Windows devices based on Qualcomm Snapdragon architecture.
Users of the Miix 630 will be able to use the device on the move anytime and anywhere thanks to the integrated 4G LTE connection that reaches up to 1 Gb/s: premium smartphone performance combined with the productivity of a PC. To complete the package, the functions of facial recognition, wake up on voice and synchronization with the user’s smartphone.
The heart of the Lenovo Miix 630 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC, combined with the Windows 10S operating system that can be freely updated with the Windows 10 Pro version. The backlit keyboard can be detached from the screen, also acting as a cover once the PC is turned off. The Lenovo Digital Pen accessory is included: thanks to the 1,024 levels of sensitivity it allows you to write, draw or annotate with Windows Ink for a pen-like experience on paper. The screen has WUXGA+ resolution with a 12.3-inch diagonal.
A product like the Lenovo Miix 630 provides a user experience that is similar to that of a top-of-the-range smartphone in terms of processing power and ever-active connectivity, combining this with the advantages of a typical two-factor form factor 2 in-1. It can be used as a traditional tablet, alternatively to be connected to the keyboard for better productivity.
Lenovo declares an operating autonomy of up to 20 hours when playing local video streams. It is possible to leave the device in standby, making sure that this autonomously maintains the connection to e-mail, synchronize messages and Skype calls minimizing the consumption of the battery.
