Moto Z3 Play: Here are the features of the new device

Motorola officially presents its new smartphone series Z: it is the Moto Z3 Play that maintains the tradition of design ready to get the Moto Mods but adding current details such as the edge-to-edge display. Here it is in the details.

Motorola has officialized its new Moto Z3 Play: the smartphone that, according to the company, combines today on the market all the features that users prefer and look for in a phone at a price highly accessible.

Motorola maintains the design that has characterized the Z series in these three years and also the new Z3 Play does nothing but resume a completely aluminum body with a thin thickness of only 6.7 mm that will allow the application of the now-famous Moto Mods.

Just the Moto Mods, or accessories capable of expanding the mobile experience, once again characterize the winged company’s smartphones and the new Moto Z3 Play is no exception, thus allowing a simple click to make the smartphone even more innovative. That’s why even on Moto Z3 Play you can apply the Polaroid module for printing photos but also the JBL module to listen to music with quality and much more.

At the technical level the new Moto Z3 Play has a display in step with the times as it is equal to 6 inches but with a size of 18: 9 and reducing the frames to a maximum and allowing the user to obtain a larger area of use but with a smaller footprint. The display is an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2,160×1,080 pixels. Inside instead, Motorola has decided to put a Snapdragon 636 processor that we know well now and that turns out to be a 1.8GHz Octa Core accompanied by a GPU Adreno 509 and in this case 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 32 or 64GB but expandable up to 256GB thanks to the insertion of a MicroSD.

One of the most important changes compared to the previous version is the presence of the One Button Nav button or fingerprint sensor now positioned in the on / off button thus allowing the screen to expand in the lower part where instead in Z2 Play it was possible to find the key Physical home.

Moto Z3 PlayAt the multimedia level, Motorola has decided to put on the new Z3 Play a double cam at the rear with 12MPx sensors with focal aperture of f/1.7 and 5MPx capable of working in low light environments, creating shots of quality. Not only because on the cam is already present the new feature of Google Lens that will allow users to focus on objects and search for information on the network or maybe translate or copy texts of interest.

At the front there is an 8MPx sensor with a wide angle up to 84° for shooting. Interesting in this case also the presence of a film shooting mode that adds a fun and creative touch to the photos by blocking a video at a specific point and keeping a part of the animated shot for a combination of videos and photos.

Moto Z3 PlayFollowing on the technical sheet it turns out how the new Moto Z3 Play is in possession of a 3,000 mAh battery with 15W Turbo Power recharge and able to guarantee fast refills. Do not miss out on the Moto Experiences because with these Motorola will help users with Moto Display and Moto Actions.

In this case, simplifications of daily interactions and the use of simple gestures to make the use of the smartphone even more intuitive. Moto Z3 Play will also go on sale with Android 8.1 Oreo that as we know with Motorola is little personalized.
