ROG Strix Fusion 300, new 7.1 headphones from Asus
These are the first gaming headsets of the new ROG Strix Fusion series. These are 7.1 channel surround gaming headphones designed for long gaming marathons on PCs, consoles and smartphones.
ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced Strix Fusion 300, which adopt a sound chamber with a special dry design with 50 mm ASUS Essence drivers, 7.1-channel surround sound and ROG Hybrid earcups. They are characterized by a futuristic design and are compatible with PCs, game consoles and smartphones.
The earcups are generously dimensioned and watertight to ensure that a larger amount of air is perfectly sealed inside and thus ensure a fuller and richer sound. As for the 50 mm ASUS Essence drivers, we find a metal cover, while the headphone manufacturers usually opt for plastic covers.
The ROG Hybrid earcups are covered in breathable protein skin. The Asus ROG Strix Fusion 300 headphones also have a USB 2.0 connector and a 3.5 mm audio connector. As for the 7.1 audio is virtual surround type, and can be activated simply with the dedicated button. Built-in 7.1 virtual surround support lets you enjoy positional audio without the need for a dedicated sound card or USB dongle.
