SanDisk iNAND 7132: Memories ultrafast for smartphone

SanDisk iNAND 7132 presented, new embedded storage solution, designed for smartphones and tablets ultrafast: capture up to 3 frames per second RAW photos and videos in 4K.

New storage solution for embedded smartphones and tablets of the future. Designed for intensive use and handling of large files, this solution leverages the architecture iNAND Accelerator technology SmartSLC the same manufacturer, solution that, according to the manufacturer.

Available with ” cuts ” of up to 64GB, the storage solution SanDisk iNAND 7132 is intended for OEMs to enable them to create next-generation smartphones, tablets and connected devices.

SanDisk shows high performance can enable continuous shots in RAW format to 3 frames per second, capture and playback of 4K video and integrated support for new standards 802.11 (including 802.11ac and 802.11ad). The unit is built using memories 3-bit-per-cell (X3) NAND that, combined with the technology SmartSLC, offer performance similar to that of single-cell, with speeds of up to 1 Gb per second and beyond.
