Segway, historic leader in the electric mobility sector, has recently shown interest in expanding its range of vehicles by trying to move away from the micro-mobility segment, looking forward to new opportunities: projects concerning a Dirt eBike have already been announced overseas and also an electric scooter, but the latest diffused novelty concerns the prototype of a super sports electric motorcycle.

The project in question is called Segway Apex and was presented through the video shown here, in which the two-wheeled concept engages in some laps of the track; a promotional video in which you don’t see particularly exciting scenes and actions, rather ” immature ” movements.

But all in all, they are images that show the company’s results and offer, to enthusiasts and rival manufacturers in the sector, a clear idea of what Segway can offer also in the world of high-performance electric motorcycles.

Not only renderings or simple drafts, Apex is currently already a finished and finished project, certainly still to be developed and refined but, from the few available images, the company’s commitment seems to have already given excellent results: an angular design with interesting shapes and not too bulky.

The engine clearly visible with the connection cables highlighted, final chain transmission, absence of clutch lever and gearbox control; for the rest, the suspensions, brakes, and tires come in a typical configuration of a super sports bike.
