Sony has hit the mark with his first RX100, managing to get so many compliments and good sales results among photographers from all over the world, and sought to further improve its compact prosumer with the model RX100 M II, and now the third edition RX100 M III.

To see camera, you do not notice any obvious news, but apart from the sensor and the general structure, there are many important changes. First, the goal gets higher brightness and a longer excursion into the wide-angle focal going to place alongside the classic’s standard zoom lenses for full-frame with the new Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T * 24-70 mm f / 1.8-2.8 with optical stabilization.

Another new unexpected as well received is the presence of a viewfinder, which is housed within the structure and can be lifted if necessary. It is a Tru-Finder viewfinder with OLED display and anti-reflective coating T-ZEISS, 0.59 x magnification and resolution of 1,440,000 points.

Even the rear screen 3 ” and 1,228,000 points undergoes some modification, with its technology WhiteMagic and the new hinge which allows it not only to tilt downwards but also from tipping up to 180° upward, going to get a perfect view for the selfie.

The sensor is the same as the RX100M II, a CMOS Exmor R 1″ with 20.1 MP, backed by the new BIONZ processor X inherits from the Sony A7 series. Sensitivity remains the same, with a range of 125-12,800 ISO. On the body was a proceeds from a new customizable button in place of the guide (previously identified with a?) and the flash has been moved to a central location to make way for the viewfinder: these are practically the only visible differences than the model it replaces.
